Optical frequency comb
Optical frequency combs, as an important frequency reference tool, are widely used in high-precision spectroscopy, metrology, and fundamental physics research.
In this study, we improved the stability of an all-PM Soliton mode-locked dual comb fiber laser based on Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWNTs). The laser employs a mechanical sharing concept to achieve high mutual coherence. It has a repetition frequency of 70.944 MHz and a beat frequency of approximately 250 Hz. We also conducted dual comb experiments involving hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas and observed the corresponding spectral absorption phenomena.
