Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) are a promising advancement for photodetectors, as they can absorb a broad range of photon energies and reduce energy losses from phonon generation. However, challenges such as low charge carrier mobility and air stability hinder their use in high-performing devices. Our recent work shows that epitaxially-connected QD superlattices can achieve high electron mobility. In this study, we present the tunable responsivity of epitaxially connected QD superlattice (QDSL) photodetectors under various wavelengths and demonstrate air-stable operation. We observe heightened responsivity at shorter wavelengths due to increased photocarrier generation. This may indicate the possibility of the presence of MEG phenomena in the QD superlattice.
