Registration for the Conference and Academic Social Events
The conference registration period is from April 7 (Mon.) to August 22 (Fri.).
The registration fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer until August 8 (Fri.) during the pre-registration period, but only by credit card from August 9 (Sat.) to August 22 (Fri.) (After August 23, the registration fee will be paid by credit card on the day of the conference.) Pre-registration and payment of the registration fee will be accepted online using the conference support system (Confit).
Pre-registrants are requested to download the QR code and registration card (to be distributed in mid-July) from My Page, and print them out in color and bring them with you to the conference. Attendance will be confirmed at the registration desk on the day of the conference, and you will receive a copy of the program.
Deadline for advance registration and payment:
August 8, 2025 (Friday), 17:00 (Credit card payment and bank transfer)
August 22, 2025(Friday) by 17:00 (Credit card payment only)
*If you attend the conference on the day of the event, you are required to register and pay the registration fee (credit card payment only) via Confit. (Cash payment of the registration fee is not accepted.)

・Only advance registration is accepted for the academic exchange meeting. On-site registration is not accepted.
・Registration is accepted online using the conference support system (Confit).
Please apply and pay for the registration together with the registration for the conference. After you have registered for the conference, you can also register for the conference social events. We do not accept registration only for the social event.
・Please note that the registration for the Scientific Sessions will be closed when the number of participants exceeds the limit of 300.
・If you are a sustaining member or a group member (including those whose registration fee is waived above) and wish to attend the social program, please pay the registration fee in advance as shown in the table above.
・If you are a sponsor (sponsoring company, luncheon seminar co-sponsor, advertisement sponsor, exhibition sponsor, or sponsorship fund provider) and wish to participate in the Scientific Sessions, please contact the conference secretariat.
【Invoices and Receipts】
Invoices for the conference registration fee and the academic exchange meeting fee can be downloaded by yourself once you complete your Confit registration. Receipts can also be downloaded from the system after payment is completed.
Refund Policy for Cancellation of Conference Registration Fee
1. what to do in case of cancellation of the convention
The convention may be unavoidably cancelled due to bad weather conditions such as typhoons, earthquake damage, or new coronavirus infection. In such cases, we will notify you by e-mail or on our website. Please note that we will not be able to refund the registration fee paid for the conference. The printed program will be sent to you by mail. The abstracts can be viewed online.
2.Cancellation of Registration
No cancellations or refunds will be made after advance registration. The conference registration fee will not be refunded for any reason. The printed program will be mailed to you after the conference. The abstracts can be viewed online.
