This study introduces an automated arc-melting system for alloy synthesis, designed to accelerate material validation in superconductivity research. The system integrates robotic components, including a robotic arm, vacuum chamber, arc furnace, and sensors, using the ROS2 framework for seamless communication and scalability. The process involves automatic material weighing, arc melting with sample flipping for uniformity, and remelting. The synthesized superconducting material was validated using SQUID measurements. Future work aims to incorporate material prediction and optimization models to further enhance research efficiency.
