An antiferromagnet Mn3Sn shows a large anomalous Hall effect at room temperature and it can be electrically manipulated by spin-orbit torque switching. Therefore, Mn3Sn is a promising material for a next generation magnetic random access memory. In the talk, I will present the mechanism of the switching. In particular, I will focus on the applied electrical pulse width dependence of the switching behavior.
