This research explores the impact of low-level Al-doping in single crystal SrTiO3 thin films. Focusing on doping level and doping site control, the study aims to investigate how Al doping influences the electronic and photoelectrochemical properties. Cyclic voltammetry(CV) is used to probe the electrochemical behavior, charge transfer, and redox properties. This systematic study provides insights into Al-doping mechanisms and strategies to optimize the doping level and synthesis conditions of Al-doped SrTiO3(Al:STO).
