We have focused on one of the candidates for magnetization switching devices, Mn4-xAgxN. In the last presentation, we demonstrated the presence of magnetic compensation composition at room temperature. We prepared 20-nm-thick epitaxial Mn4-xAgxN (x = 0.05 and 0.15, 0.80) films on SrTiO3(001) substrates and measured the XANES spectra to determine their preferential substitution site for Ag. In our presentation, we will discuss the magnetic structure of Mn4-xAgxN based on the XANES measurements.
