This work demonstrates high-speed terahertz communications using an all-silicon, ultra-wideband terahertz integrated polarization multiplexer operating in the 300-GHz band. The system achieves aggregated data rates of 155 Gbit/s and 190 Gbit/s, with bit error rates within the HD-FEC and SD-FEC limits, respectively. These results establish polarization multiplexing as a crucial technology for terahertz communications systems, achieving unprecedented data rates and paving the way for 6G and beyond.
