Nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc) is a promising hole-transporting material (HTM) for perovskite solar cells, achieving a power conversion efficiency of 14.3% with minimal hysteresis. NiPc nanoparticles were prepared using laser ablation in liquid method to improve processability and performance. NiPc powder was dispersed in deionized water and irradiated with a nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser (532 nm, 13 ns pulse, 10 Hz). The resulting nanoparticles were extracted into chloroform for compatibility with spin coating. Nanoparticle morphology was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), while UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to evaluate optical properties. Thin films were successfully fabricated by spin coating and analyzed for surface morphology using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to estimate its thickness and analyze its optical properties.
