• 2026年10月大会期間中の宿泊予約について
  2026年10月の三連休期間（大会期間中）は、仙台市内および周辺地域において大規模イベント開催が複数予定されている影響で、ホテルの空室が少なくなり始めております。また、宿泊料金も通常より高騰する可能性があります。
  大会への参加を予定されている皆様におかれましては、宿泊先の確保を早めに進めていただくことをおすすめいたします。
  特に、仙台駅周辺の宿泊施設は早期に満室となる可能性がありますので、ご注意ください。

  Regarding Hotel Reservations During the Conference Period in Sendai
  Due to multiple large-scale events scheduled to take place in and around Sendai during the October 2026 three-day holiday period (which coincides with the conference period), hotel availability is already beginning to become limited. In addition, accommodation rates may rise significantly compared to normal periods.
  We strongly recommend that all participants planning to attend the tournament arrange their accommodations as early as possible.
  Please note in particular that hotels around Sendai Station may become fully booked at an early stage.
