Childcare
The following childcare services are scheduled during the convention.

A childcare room will be open at the venue.
October 10th (Sat.) 13:00-17:00
October 11th (Sun.) 9:00-17:00
October 12th (Mon.) 9:00-13:00 -
The childcare room will be available to all Congress participants regardless of whether or not they are presenting.

Childcare staff will be on hand at the on-site childcare room.
- The childcare service fee is ¥3,500 for a full day and ¥2,000 for a half day.
- If there are too many requests, the room will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Advance registration is required.
- The application deadline is
August 31 (Monday)september 23 (Wednesday).
