The following childcare services are scheduled during the convention.

• A childcare room will be open at the venue. 
  October 10th (Sat.) 13:00-17:00
  October 11th (Sun.)  9:00-17:00
  October 12th (Mon.) 9:00-13:00

• The childcare room will be available to all Congress participants regardless of whether or not they are presenting. 

• If there are too many requests, the room will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Childcare staff will be on hand at the on-site childcare room. 

• Advance registration is required.
• The opening time, usage fees, registration method, and registration deadline are currently being determined. We will provide further information as soon as it is decided.
