Registration will take place at the entrance on the first floor of Aobayama Commons as below.
If you are registering on the day of the event, please come to the registration desk. Please note that payment is accepted via credit card only (cash payments are not accepted).

The cloakroom is located in Lecture Room 8 on the 2nd floor of the venue. Operating hours are as follows:

• October 10, Sat. 12:00 ‒ 18:00
• October 11, Sun. 8:00 ‒ 17:00
• October 12, Mon. 8:00 ‒ 16:30
   

Please use Lecture Rooms 1 and 2 on the second floor of the venue as rest areas.
They are available during the following times:

• October 10, Sat. 12:00 ‒ 18:00
• October 11, Sun. 9:00 ‒ 18:00
• October 12, Mon. 9:00 ‒ 14:00
  
  

• There is no parking available on campus, so please come by public transportation, such as the subway.

• The power outlets in Aobayama Commons are not available for use.
  
  

• The poster board size is 193 cm (H) × 120 cm (W).
• To display posters, please use the pins provided at the venue.
• If you requested to participate in the Poster Award evaluation when submitting your abstract, your poster will be evaluated for the Poster Award. Presenters who have requested to participate in the evaluation must put up their posters by 15:00 on October 10 (Sat).
• All posters must be removed by 17:00 on October 11 (Sun). Posters not removed by the deadline will be disposed of.
