◎Membership

• Your membership for FY 2026 (September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027) is required if you want to present your research and participate in the meeting at the member rate.
• Please refer to our email dated July 1st for detailed instructions on how to renew your membership for the FY 2026.
• Corporate members are entitled to bring up to three people per membership.
• Please proceed with the new membership application through the official website of The eDNA Society.

◎Payment

• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
• The deadline for bank transfer payments is September 25, 2026. After the date, we will accept credit card payments only.
• Please register for the meeting and the banquet at the same time. Banquets cannot be separately registered for later.
• You can download an invoice after completing your registration on the registration site.
• The expenses paid in advance registration can not be refunded in any circumstances.

◎Poster Presentation

• Abstract submissions are limited to members of the eDNA Society.

Note:
・Tax(10%) included.
・Please make sure to complete your payment by October 31 2024 if you have taken advantage of the early bird.
・Junior high & high school students and accompanying teachers may attend and present at this meeting free of charge regardless of membership status. To participate in the meeting, all students and accompanying teachers are requested to register individually using the form below.

・The deadline for the banquet registration is different from that of the meeting registration.
・You cannot register for the banquet on the day of the event.
・Non-members and Junior high & High school students are not eligible to attend the banquet.
