The abstract submission deadline has been extended to August 14 (Fri), 12:00 PM (JST).Please note that abstract submission will close once the maximum number of submissions has been reached, even if this occurs before the deadline.If the submission limit has already been reached, abstracts submitted thereafter will not be accepted. - At the Sendai Meeting, research presentations by junior high and high school students will be limited to poster presentations; no online oral presentation session will be held. Schools wishing to give a poster presentation should complete participant registration and then submit their presentation title/abstract using the form below.
Note: In addition to the poster itself, submitted abstracts will be used in the selection of poster awards
Note: Selection for the Poster Award is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the novelty and ripple effect of the research, as well as the poster's ease of understanding.
- The size of a poster must be up to 193 cm in height and 120 cm in width.
- The use of English or both English and Japanese on posters is recommended.
- Poster presentation applied to poster awards must be prepared in English but description in Japanese is acceptable if it is ancillary.
