Nutrient is essential for all organisms, yet our understanding of the molecular mechanisms how animals react to nutritional cue is still far from complete. This workshop will gather researchers who use model organisms such as nematodes, fruit flies, and mice to elucidate the dynamics and sensing mechanisms of nutrients, sharing their latest findings. We aim to discuss new directions in nutritional biology, in conjunction with human epidemiological insights, which we propose "Dietology".
