[S05]Organelle interplay and membrane dynamics: orchestration of cellular processes in space and time[E]

Thu. Jul 17, 2025 1:10 PM - 3:10 PM JST
Thu. Jul 17, 2025 4:10 AM - 6:10 AM UTC
Room D(9F Conference Room901)
Chairpersons:Fubito Nakatsu(Niigata Univ.), Miyuki Sato(Gunma Univ.)
Co-hosted by:AMED-FORCE
In this symposium, we will explore how the dynamic behavior of organelles and their membrane systems orchestrates cellular and organismal processes across time and space. Special focus will be given to the diverse ways organelles sense, exchange signals and materials, and output responses through spatial communication at different time scales. We will also highlight how physically and functionally connected organelles and their membranes adopt distinct and sophisticated strategies in different species.
